Abstract

In July 2009, the NTP Joint Province of Jawa barat was 96.91, an increase of 0.57 percent from NTP in June 2009 of 96.37. This is due to the increase in the Farmer's Received Index (IT) by 0.75 percentage points higher than the increase in the Paid Farmers Index (IB) by 0.18 percent. 􀀻 Farmer Term of Trade (NTP) in July 2009 for each sub-sector was recorded 110.59 for Fisheries sub sector (NTP-Pi), 107.44 for subsector of Smallholder Plantation (NTP-R), 100.57 for Horticulture Sub-sector (NTP-H), 99.30 for Livestock sub-sector (NTP-Pt) and 91.03 for rice and Palawija sub-sector (NTP-P). 􀀻 In the rural areas of Jawa barat in July 2009 there was an inflation of 0.22 percent, which was influenced by the rise of the Foodstuff Group by 0.07 percent, the Food Group increased by 0.29 percent, Housing increased 0.39 percent, Clothing increased 0.78 percent, Health increased 0.16 percent and Education, Recreation and Sports rose 0.46 percent, while Transport and Communications did not change compared with June 2009.
