Abstract

Indonesian Law Number 25 of 2009 concerning Public Servicesregulates that every public service provider is obliged tocarry out an evaluation of the performance of public service implementers. One ofOne form of this evaluation is realized through the implementation of a Community Satisfaction Survey (SKM) as stipulated in the Ministerial Regulation of the Ministry of Health.Satisfaction Survey (SKM) as stipulated in the Regulation of the Minister ofMinister of Administrative Reform and Bureaucratic Reform of the Republic of Indonesia Number 14 of 2017 concerning Guidelines for Preparing Community Satisfaction Surveys for Public Service Units.2017 concerning Guidelines for Preparing Community Satisfaction Surveys for Public Service UnitsPublic Service Provider Unit.The Central Bureau of Statistics (BPS), as one of the public service providers that providesorganizers of public services that provide statistical data and information, always strives to provide excellent service to consumers.strive to provide excellent service to consumers. BPS hasorganized SKM routinely every year which is integrated into the Data Needs Survey (SKD).into the Data Needs Survey (SKD). This survey aims toto obtain the level of consumer satisfaction with BPS data services, it is alsoaims to identify data needs and the level ofsatisfaction with the quality of data produced by BPS.The report on the results of the implementation of SKD 2023 is presented in the form of publicationentitled "Analysis of BPS Data Needs Survey Results 2023". This publicationcontains an overview of consumer data needs and consumer perceptions ofconsumers' perceptions of the performance of BPS PST services as well as consumers' perceptions of the quality of BPS data.towards the quality of BPS data. The main indicators presented in this publicationinclude the Consumer Satisfaction Index (CCI) and the Anti-Corruption Perception Index (IPAK).
