Analysis For The Survey Results of Data Requirement of BPS Subang Regency 2023

Indonesian Law Number 25 of 2009 concerning Public Servicesregulates that every public service provider is obliged tocarry out an evaluation of the performance of public service implementers. BPS hasorganized SKM routinely every year which is integrated into the Data Needs Survey (SKD).into the Data Needs Survey (SKD). This survey aims toto obtain the level of consumer satisfaction with BPS data services, it is alsoaims to identify data needs and the level ofsatisfaction with the quality of data produced by BPS.The report on the results of the implementation of SKD 2023 is presented in the form of publicationentitled "Analysis of BPS Data Needs Survey Results 2023". This publicationcontains an overview of consumer data needs and consumer perceptions ofconsumers' perceptions of the performance of BPS PST services as well as consumers' perceptions of the quality of BPS data.towards the quality of BPS data. The main indicators presented in this publicationinclude the Consumer Satisfaction Index (CCI) and the Anti-Corruption Perception Index (IPAK).
