Abstract

October 2019 Jawa Barat Farmer Terms of Trade (NTP) increased by 0.35 percent compared to September 2019, from 110.97 to 111.36. The price index of agricultural production (IT) rose by 0.27 percent and the price index of goods and services consumed by farmers (IB) fell by 0.08 percent. In October 2019, there were 2 (two) out of 5 (five) subsectors that experienced an increase, namely the Food Crop subsector with an increase of 1.60 percent, and the People's Plantation Plant subsector which increased by 0.52 percent. While 3 (three) other subsectors grew negatively. Horticultural Plants sub-sector decreased by 1.09 percent, the Livestock sub-sector experienced a decrease of 0.65 percent, and the Fisheries sub-sector with a decrease of 0.25 percent.
