Abstract

Based on the results of price monitoring in 18 regencies in Jawa Barat Province in February 2019 the Jawa Barat Farmer Terms of Trade (NTP) decreased by 0.12 percent compared to January 2018, from 111.55 to 111.42. The agricultural production (IT) price index fell by 0.16 percent and the price index of goods consumed by farmers (IB) fell by 0.05 percent. NTP grows negatively because the decrease in IT is greater than the decrease in IB. In February 2019, out of the 5 (five) agricultural NTP subsectors there were 3 (three) subsectors which experienced a decline.
