January 2019 West Java Exports Reached USD 2.58 Billion in USD 2.58 Billion and Imports Reached USD 1.04 Billion

Abstract

Jawa Barat Exports in January 2019 reached USD 2.58 billion, up 9.01 percent compared to December 2018. January 2019 Non Oil and Gas Exports reached USD 2.57 billion, up 9.70 percent compared to last month. While oil and gas exports fell 49.90 percent, to USD 13.84 million. Year-on-year Non-oil and gas exports rose 0.27 percent, total exports rose 0.25 percent. Oil and gas exports (y-o-y) fell 4.37 percent from 2018.

Jawa Barat's import value in January 2019 was USD 1.04 billion, up 8.01 percent compared to December 2018. Non-Oil and Gas Imports January 2019 USD 0.99 billion, up 14.92 percent compared to December 2018. Oil and gas imports fell by almost half, around 48, 97 percent, from USD 104.56 million to USD 53.36 million (the lowest compared to the same period during 2017-2019).
