Production Large Medium Industrial of Jawa Barat Growth in Quarter-I/ 2011 Good 1.75 Percent Of Quarter-IV/ 2010

Production Growth of Large and Medium Manufacturing Industry in Q1 / 2011 grew by 1.75% (q-to-q) from Q4 / 2010. Several types of industries that experienced a rise in this quarter led to positive growth in production growth compared to the previous quarter which decreased by 0.14 percent. The industry that experienced the highest increase in the first quarter of 2011 was leather and leather goods and footwear industry at 11.41 percent. While the type of industry that experienced the biggest decline is the wood industry, goods from wood (not including furniture), and wicker goods by 11.91 percent. Production Growth of Large and Medium Manufacturing Industry in the first quarter of 2011 decreased by 2.18 percent (q-to-q) from the fourth quarter of 2010. The decline in national production in this quarter occurred after increasing production by 2.77% in quarter previous.
