Abstract

Room Occupancy Rate (TPK) of hotels in Jawa Barat in February 2010 decreased 3.02 points compared toJanuary 2010. The hotel's TPK in February 2010 amounted to 41.04persen, while the ROR in January 2010 was 44.06 percent. The decline in star-rated hotels TPK February 2010 due to the decrease of 1 to 3star kelashotel TPK, while 4 and 5 star hotels increased from 50.63 percentto60.17percentand52.64percent to 54.58 percent, respectively. There was a shift, where the highest nonstar hotel TPK in February 2010 occurred in groups of 25-40 with TPK 41.77 percent, whereas in January 2010 the highest TPK occurred in groups of 41-100 with higher TPK at 42.96 percent.
