Sectoral Statistics Development November 2024

On November 20 and 21, 2024 BPS Subang Regency held a Sectoral Statistics Development at the Subang Regency BPS hall. This sectoral statistics coaching activity was carried out by the Sectoral Statistics Implementation Team and invited 8 OPDs with details of the OPDs as follows: Environmental Service, Education and Culture Service, Tourism, Youth and Sports Service, Social Service, Agriculture Service, Population and Civil Registration Service, Subang Regency Community and Village Empowerment Service, and Subang Regency Food Security Service. The aims and objectives of the sectoral statistical guidance activities are to carry out the mandate of Law No. 16/1997 on statistics and Presidential Regulation No. 39/2019 on One Data Indonesia that BPS is the supervisor of sectoral statistics with the aim of realizing statistical activities that meet the principle of One Data Indonesia, maintaining Data Quality, fulfilling Statistical Business Processes, fulfilling Institutional principles and the National Statistics System.
The sectoral statistical guidance activity is also a preparation for the Evaluation of the Implementation of Sectoral Statistics (EPSS) assessment which will be carried out annually. This EPSS assessment activity will produce a Statistical Development Index (IPS) value as a KPI of the success of the Regional Government in terms of statistical development in the government environment.
