Commemoration Ceremony of the 79th Anniversary of the Independence of the Republic of Indonesia at BPS Subang Regency
The theme of this year's Independence Day Commemoration is “New Archipelago, Advanced Indonesia”. The new archipelago is a monumental step in the history of this nation. This development is not only about physical infrastructure, but also about our new spirit, innovation and courage to transform for a better future.
At the ceremony, which was attended by all Subang Regency BPS employees, the Ceremony Supervisor delivered the Mandate of the Acting. Head of BPS, including: 'The role of BPS is very crucial in supporting the vision of this New Archipelago'.
1. In supporting the National Statistical System, we must ensure the availability of key development indicators to fulfill RPJMN, RPJMD, SDGs, and so on.
2. As the supervisor of sectoral statistics, we must ensure that sectoral statistics have fulfilled the One Data Principle.
3. Expanding the role of BPS, which does not only stop at providing data, but also providing insight as the basis for the formation of national policies.
For all BPS people, let's join hands, equalize the pace and continue to move forward in producing quality statistics for the progress of the Indonesian nation.
