Data Friend, excellent Human Resources (HR) are needed to carry out BPS' vision and mission as a Provider of Quality Statistical Data for Advanced Indonesia.
One of BPS's efforts in motivating employees to become Smart ASN and have behavioral behavior is by providing rewards through the selection of Exemplary Statistical Personnel (IST) for internal BPS.
The IST figure is a figure with Smart ASN characteristics and behavioral behavior as a role model and influencer who can inspire, move, and generate enthusiasm for themselves and others to perform highly.
This year, BPS Subang Regency sent one IST candidate who will continue the selection process of Exemplary Statistical Personnel Phase II with other candidates from the West Java Provincial BPS Work Unit and other District / City BPS in the West Java Province.
