Tuesday, 4 June 2024, Subang Regency BPS employees attended the Monthly Service Meeting which as usual was followed by Knowledge Sharing.
The June 2024 Service Meeting was chaired by the Head of Subang Regency BPS, Mr Muhammad Sholihin, who evaluated various ongoing activities including the 2024 Village Potential Data Collection (Podes), Cropping Survey, ASF, Agricultural Economic Survey (SEP) as well as surveys from the distribution statistics team activities, regional balance sheets as well as the Data Needs Survey from the IPDS Team.
In addition, the Head of the General Subdivision, Mr Cecep Muhram Mubarok, also delivered ASN coaching material from the Head of the Human Resources Bureau with the theme ‘Building Competent, Ethical and Disciplined ASN in line with Kemenpan-RB's ASN Development Grand Design 2020 - 2024, namely superior human resources, HR that has a Smart ASN profile (Integrity, Nationalism, Cooperation Network, IT Proficiency, Foreign Language Proficiency, Entrepreneurial Spirit, Hospitality) and is supported by BerAKHLAK behaviour (Service Oriented, Accountable, Competent, Harmonious, Loyal, Adaptive, Collaborative).
The Service Meeting ended with knowledge sharing which is one of the efforts to improve the insight, knowledge & capacity of Subang Regency BPS employees.
