Capacity Building of BPS Subang Regency

In general, capacity building can be defined as the process of improving the knowledge and skills, attitude and behavior of human resources. Capacity building and development is a process that is carried out at three levels, namely individuals, groups and institutions or organizations, and aims to ensure the sustainability of the organization through the achievement of the goals and objectives of the organization concerned.

BPS Subang Regency conducted Capacity Building activities on December 18-20 with the theme of Increasing Employee Capacity Towards the Implementation of One Data Indonesia. The activity was attended by representatives of Subang Regency Government Agencies/OPDs as invited participants. In addition to internal speakers from BPS Subang Regency, this activity also involved the Trustco team for trust games, communication & problem solving competitions and internalization of the "Ber-AKHLAK" Work Culture.

The activity was closed with material on the preparation of the 2023 Agricultural Census stage by Budi Rahayu as the head of the Subang Regency BPS ST2023 activity team.
